We offer three newly renovated traditional stone houses just outside of the village of Viglafia in the Laconia region of Peloponnesus, Greece. Just 600m from a beautiful, yellow sand beach, the houses sit on a hill over looking the sea and the breathtaking island of Elafonisos. Famed for its windsurfing, kite boarding and calm, crystal clear waters our nearby beach is said to be where the mythical lovers Helen and Paris ran away together to Troy. The location's beauty, history and romance cannot help but whisk you away to this mythical time. All around the area are hundreds of undiscovered spots of supreme beauty and relaxation as well as a variety of interesting sites to explore for family fun and adventure. The houses offer complete tranquility with full amenities and are perfect for writers, artists, families or couples looking to get away from it all. The nearby, traditional village of Viglafia offers a variety of dining options and is also the embarkation point for the short 10 min ferry ride to the cosmopolitan island of Elafonisos and its world famous blue flag beach, rated one of the ten best in Europe. Fifteen kms away, the small city of Neapoli provides access to supermarkets, shopping, great restaurants and a beautiful seafront promenade.

Awaken to majestic views and be taken over by the natural beauty of the surroundings. The first house, set highest on the hill has the finest views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The house has an open plan bedroom/living room that sleeps up to four people (two single beds and one double size futon). Another bedroom that sleeps two people (two single beds) is located on the lower level and is accessible by an outside staircase. It has a full kitchen with fridge and stove, a full bath with hot water and an outdoor terrace. It also features a traditional fireplace. Complete with gourmet kitchen and two terraces, our second house is perfect for families that love to entertain. Upstairs, the open plan kitchen and dining room is great for food lovers. There is also a large living room that can sleep two people on a fold-out futon complete with TV, DVD player and surround sound system. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms (toilet, vanity, shower) that accommodates two people in each room (two single beds and one queen size bed). . It features a full kitchen, open-plan family room (that can sleep two on fold-out double futon), two bedrooms (one with queen size bed, one with fold-out double futon) and two bathrooms (toilet, shower, vanity).
